Imminence has grown Pit falling, bending to light Knowing the bottom, the pathway to see The love given, the love lost, a ratio of blood Where do we find ourselves now? Never at the median, anti colliders Dangerously off-grid, blunt intersections Horizonal infractions Out of touch, spectrums apart Hills of grey once called a heart Are we ungrateful? Or are we only great until its hard? Never doing time, rarely dealing cards Barely lifting heavy parts Imminence has grown Beyond the shelves of oak and steel Beyond what the brain pines Beyond what every fiber feels Corner webs, cast with precision Corners for tall legs to live in Supposed prisons arraying decision Intelligence living and giving But we kill, we disarm Accuse beauty of harm Fail to right what seems wrong As the innocent perish In innocence, we cherish What a cost, trading armor For what’s soft, sowing karma Seek not answers when in needing Need for nothing, attract abundance Be abundant, without needing Imminence has grown Like a seasonal flower, learning rust never knowing itself or how it’s grown It lives in shadow, equal sun Sways where wind goes Doesn’t want Sings his stems, pale roots of hair on a crown too big to fare Free as sails on ships that flare Flowing outwards, safe or sound Heaven bound Barely lost, unsure if found Gripping not At what is fleeting Imminence has grown the widths of bulging hemispheres For good must grow in peril Without present danger Danger can’t teach a kindness Kindness lives beyond a need Kindness hungers not for feed Knows not circumstance nor greed As what must be, lives on in jest Laughing as all harm decries Whilst the good stays good It was before And always would Not for self or cause’ it should Does not expect, deny, beguile What’s misunderstood... It never could

about

"Imminence Has Grown" - A Visual Poem Series, Part 1

“Imminence Has Grown” is a dissection of the human psyche in understanding the Tao of nature. In a hurting world, it is imminent that we mustn’t live any further disconnected to our Mother Earth. She calls for our conscious hearts and minds to nourish her with our surrender. When we take the middle path, we embrace our great Mothers love. As Tai prepares to release her second LP "Apogee," this art piece is meant to invoke action, change and reflection. To gaze upon the empty, expanding universe in which we occupy and compassionately connect to inner resolve.

The human race is in need of healing. Dire times can teach us lessons of love. We can still harness hyper-awareness, patience and unabounding empathy. This is a dedication to your solace of not just health but of heart. Sending warmth and love to all during this difficult time and wishing you keen conscientiousness.
